As an Associate Service Specialist – Regional Deployment Team , you'll represent leading pharmaceutical manufacturers by managing your assigned home territory while providing temporary coverage for nearby territories as business needs require. You'll build lasting relationships with physician offices, deliver valuable product education, and help ensure healthcare professionals receive the information and resources they need to support patient care.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role that requires professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. Success comes from building trusted relationships, delivering valuable product education, and consistently earning customer engagement through professional, respectful persistence.

What You'll Do

• Build lasting relationships with physicians, office staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Execute territory call plans in accordance with company standards and client objectives.
• Deliver compliant product education and approved promotional resources.
• Provide timely, professional follow-up to customer needs and requests.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.
• Quickly establish productive relationships with healthcare providers in newly assigned territories.
• Accurately document customer interactions and territory activities.
• Provide temporary coverage for neighboring territories as business needs require.
• Operate with professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Travel & Territory Coverage

This position combines ownership of a home territory with the responsibility of providing temporary coverage for nearby territories when business needs require.

Regional Deployment Team members play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive uninterrupted field coverage and consistent customer engagement during vacancies, employee vacations, leaves of absence, and other temporary staffing needs.

When not deployed, you'll manage your assigned home territory by building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing your regular territory call plan. When deployment is required, you'll temporarily support a nearby territory while maintaining the same high standards of customer engagement and execution.

While we strive to provide as much advance notice as possible and accommodate personal schedules whenever feasible, deployment is an essential responsibility of this role and flexibility is critical to supporting our clients.

Most deployment assignments are within approximately a six-hour drive of your home territory, although occasional assignments may require additional travel. Deployments are typically one week in length. While travel needs vary throughout the year, candidates should be prepared to complete up to two separate one-week deployment assignments within a given month when business needs require.

To support deployment assignments, HCP Concierge provides:

• Company-paid hotel accommodations during deployment assignments away from home
• Meal reimbursement
• Reimbursement for mileage, tolls, parking, and other approved business travel expenses
• Annual Deployment Visit Incentive recognizing qualifying visits completed outside of your assigned home territory

Success is evaluated using a balanced scorecard focused primarily on factors within your control, including:

• Territory execution
• Reach and frequency objectives
• Customer engagement
• Effective use of approved promotional resources
• Professionalism and compliance

Product performance is one component of overall annual performance and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated, relationship-oriented professionals who enjoy building trusted customer relationships, engaging healthcare providers, and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications include:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and the ability to execute structured territory call plans
• Ability to quickly adapt to new territories, healthcare providers, and customer environments
• Willingness and ability to travel and provide regional territory coverage as business needs require, including deployment assignments that are typically one week in duration and may occur up to twice in a given month
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Residence within the assigned Louisville, KY territory required

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary of $45,000
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10%
• Annual Deployment Visit Incentive paid each September for qualifying visits completed outside of your assigned home territory
