Elvia Solis State Farm is seeking a bilingual Sales and Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing top-notch customer service, and contributing to the growth of our agency. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Provide information about insurance products and services. Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives. Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all transactions. Client Education: Educate clients about their insurance options, coverage, and benefits. Help them make informed decisions based on their needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Update client information and policy details as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with computers and common office software. Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Licensing: Must obtain and maintain the necessary insurance licenses (training provided if needed).
