- Perform rigorous quality inspections on all vehicle builds to ensure compliance with company-approved methods and workmanship standards.
- Test and verify 12-volt electrical systems, including emergency lighting, sirens, and communication equipment.
- Program specialized vehicle components, such as SoundOff Signal and Code 3 systems.
- Identify and document any rework issues, reporting them to the Shop Manager to ensure resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to installation technicians regarding quality and efficiency.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive electronics and 12-volt systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
- Experience with vehicle upfitting or automotive electrical installation is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to undergo a 90-day probationary period with performance reviews every 30 days.
