Total Rewards Manager

Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Total Rewards Manager will focus on the strategic and operational delivery of compensation programs, partnering with HR and business leaders to enhance employee experience and ensure market competitiveness across the United States, Canada, and Costa Rica. Key responsibilities Design, implement, and administer competitive compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans Lead the Total Rewards team, providing direction, coaching, and developing communication strategies for compensation initiatives Manage the design and delivery of employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CCP preferred Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation, with prior people leadership experience Deep understanding of compensation best practices, market pricing, and relevant regulations Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation tools Experience managing annual compensation cycles and familiarity with HRIS platforms
