Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide high‑quality support to elderly, disabled, and other individuals needing assistance with daily living activities. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, or be in the process of obtaining one. One year of experience in a home or long‑term care setting is preferred. Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation. Ability to use a smartphone‑based app. Punctual, dependable, and reliable. Responsibilities Support clients with daily needs and maintain a positive home environment. Provide companionship and engagement. Ensure client health and safety by offering personal care and monitoring the environment for safety risks. Follow an individualized plan of care, including personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, and physical transfers. Assist with shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Communicate effectively with clients and the care team. Hours & Schedule Shifts are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but hours are not guaranteed. Availability of specific cases and shifts depends on need.
