Customer Service Representative

Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mon-Clair Animal Hospital. We are looking for someone who has experience working with the public, great communication skills over the phone as well as in person. We prefer you have experience in a veterinarian office. You must be a fast learner with our software program, and willing and able to adapt and learn a new program when necessary. Responsibilities Your duties will include greeting clients as they arrive, checking them into the system, rooming the client and pet if techs are busy, answering phone calls, checking voicemails and emails. You will be responsible for preparing estimates, collecting payment at the time of service, refilling medications, preparing for the next day, confirming appointments if they are not confirmed through reminders, helping with in‑house cleaning, deposits, and end‑of‑day closing and reports. All of this and occasionally hands‑on work with the pets to help a tech. Compensation and Hours Compensation: $15-$19/hr depending on experience. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. No late hours. Hours may change, and you must be flexible with a changing schedule.
