Senior Staff Engineer - Advanced Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for new product introductions and manufacturing readiness
• Develop manufacturing processes, methods, and controls meeting quality, cost, and schedule goals
• Create process risk assessments, control plans, and validation activities for product launches
• Evaluate, select, and validate manufacturing equipment and capital assets
• Analyze process performance through testing, data collection, and experimental studies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum 6 years process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience
• Ability to interpret system drawings involving mechanical, electrical, and software
• Experience in FDA-regulated or highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings with GD&T
• Project Management, LEAN, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certification preferred

Compensation: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual
