My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from 2012–2016, followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from 2016–2026. That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams. I’m a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. We’re very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
