Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and comprehensive medical history reviews

• Provide support during operations, ensuring the smooth flow of procedures, including preparing the operating room and handling surgical instruments
• Deliver outstanding care both before and after surgeries, covering medication management, wound care, discharge preparations, and patient education

Required Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with surgical emphasis is highly preferred

Certifications Needed

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant in the state
