Paralegal Position – Litigation & Trial Support

We are a growing law firm seeking an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–10 years of litigation experience , including trial attendance and support . This is a key role within our legal team, working closely with attorneys to manage a significant caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Organize and maintain legal documents, including Bates-labeling , redaction, and indexing
• Coordinate with experts for Rule 35 exam and IMEs
• Scheduling depositions and working with opposing counsel
• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines
• Electronically file pleadings via ICCES and CM/ECF-PACER
• Serve disclosures and discovery
• Review pleadings and identify critical deadlines for docketing
• Draft memoranda and professional correspondence
• Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations by organizing exhibits and assembling necessary materials
• Manage transcript orders and coordinate with court reporting services and outside counsel

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrated trial preparation experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with TABS or other timekeeping software (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail , organization, and time management
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Trustworthy, discreet, and exercises sound judgment

Salary is dependent upon experience. Ranges of $50K and up
