Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents relating to family law
- Collect and respond to discovery requests
- Establish effective communication with clients and relevant contacts
- Prepare for court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
- Ensure deadlines and calendar obligations are met
- Work in conjunction with family law attorneys
What You Bring
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment:
- 2–3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court rules, and filing processes
- Experience drafting legal documents, discovery, and motions
- Demonstrated attention to minute details
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Possesses strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
