IT Support Engineer - L2
Our client, a leading organization in the technology services sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer - L2 to join their dynamic team. As an IT Support Engineer - L2, you will be an integral part of the IT services team, providing essential support to ensure seamless technology operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully within a collaborative and innovative environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA - Onsite
Pay Range: $35- $43/hr on w2
What's the Job?
- Handle and resolve Level 2 support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely solutions for end-users.
- Utilize ServiceNow platform to manage and track support requests effectively.
- Support Mac OS systems, Mobile Device Management, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base to improve support processes and knowledge sharing.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience working on Level 2 support tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform is a must.
- Hands-on knowledge of Mac OS and Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet support SLAs.
