IT Specialist

We're hiring our first dedicated IT team member. You'll own the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep our team productive and secure as we scale — building IT processes from the ground up while handling day‑to‑day operations. What You'll Do Device management: Procurement, configuration, deployment, and offboarding of company laptops; MDM administration Identity & access: Own onboarding/offboarding workflows, SSO administration, and onboard an IDP SaaS administration: Manage and troubleshoot business tools; handle vendor relationships, renewals, and billing issues Office infrastructure: WiFi, visitor check‑in, A/V, security cameras IT support: First point of contact for employee IT issues; document processes and maintain asset inventory General operations: Support broader office and operational needs as they arise — this role will flex beyond pure IT as the company scales What We're Looking For 3+ years in IT operations or systems administration Experience with MDM platforms, identity providers, and SaaS administration Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with ambiguity Can work independently and build processes without established playbooks Clear communicator with non‑technical teammates Nice to Have Compliance experience (SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar frameworks) Startup or high‑growth company experience Why Join Us?
