ID: 77923748 Shift: 07:00-19:00 Description: - RN - OR (701) - HCA HealthONE Aurora - 7A - 7P Unit Information:OR / (701) Location: HCA HealthONE Aurora S Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80012 Floor: 1st floor Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 11 ORs Number of Staff 53 Type of staff: Night Shift 1 Charge Nurse & 1 tech in-house + one trauma team on-call, 1 neuro tech on-call + 1 heart team on-call (2 RN 1 CST) Patient Ratios 2:1 Type of equipment - OR EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital OR RN experienceBLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experience Director HIGHLY prefers Charge experience candidates and they will be given priority Precepting experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): General OR surgeries, Neuro/Spine, CVT, Ortho, GYN, Robotics CVT, Ortho, GYN, Robotics Best personality Fit: Flexible, easy going, great communication skills Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Call requirements are 1-2 nights per week, and 1-2 weekend call shifts per month.
