You will lead global innovation strategy, co-create new product and technology platforms, and build partnerships with key stakeholders to unlock new market spaces. You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, R&D, and consumer insight to deliver scalable, high-impact innovation.Your Title: Sales Innovation DirectorYour Location: East Hanover, NJ (Onsite)You Will Report To: World Account ManagerResponsibilities:Lead and shape the global innovation and market-making roadmap aligned with strategic customer prioritiesImprove co-creation initiatives across products, technologies, and business modelsEstablish integration pathways to embed innovation into partner pipelinesIdentify future trends and translate them into relevant innovation opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally across Development, Technology, Research, and Commercial teamsRepresent Givaudan externally as an innovation ambassador with important partnersEnsure innovations are market-ready, scalable, and deliver measurable valueBuild and leverage an innovation ecosystem across our teams and external partnersYour Professional Profile Includes:15+ years of experience in innovation leadership, strategy, or market developmentDemonstrated experience managing commercial strategy and delivering new initiatives to marketExperience leading projects and collaborating across global, cross-functional teamsExperience working with external partners including startups, research organizations, and clientsApply technical or scientific concepts to support decisions and customer solutionsExperience preparing and delivering presentations and communicating with team members across departmentsCompensation and Benefits:The established salary range for this position is $155,000–$170,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
