As an Outside Sales Account Manager you will advance regional growth across the agricultural and metal fabrication sectors by nurturing and growing an existing book of business while actively identifying and connecting with new accounts across a defined local territory.

Identify and support customer needs by conducting thorough needs assessments with clients to gain insights into their specific goals and priorities.

Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and advance shared enterprise goals.

Build alignment on contract terms, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.

Identify and connect on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to grow mutual value and market impact.

Guide account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

Ideally, you bring 3+ years of sales experience.

Prior sales experience and understanding of a sales process

A passion and capability to identify and connect with new business opportunities.

Strict willingness and commitment to use Salesforce daily.
