Job Title: D2D Sales Representative
Location: Mississippi Gulf Coast territory (Gulfport, Biloxi, and Pascagoula Ms)
Compensation: $100K+ potential | Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

About the Role:

We are seeking driven and resilient Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to cover the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment and is motivated to break past six figures in earnings.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for meeting customers at their residence and converting leads into installations . You’ll also have access to tools that identify all non-Sparklight customers in the area, giving you a clear advantage in targeting. If you have 1 year of residential or commercial sales experience(Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply) and you're ready to level up your income and skill set, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Knock on doors, make outbound calls, and own the full sales cycle — from first contact
• Identify and engage non-Sparklight customers to offer our services
• Handle objections with confidence and close deals with professionalism
• Travel opportunities available.
• Access to sell for multiple internet providers
• This is a commission-only position with no set sales quotas — your success depends on your self-discipline, consistency, and drive

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of residential or commercial sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Self-starter with a competitive edge
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory
• Tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools such as Sales Rabbit
