The Internet Sales Consultant is responsible for monitoring and facilitating Internet leads, determining customer's vehicle needs, maintaining a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business for Gulfport Nissan. Understand the terminology of the automotive business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product, features, and accessories. Deliver vehicles to customers. We’re looking for energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. As a Gulfport Nissan Internet Sales Consultant, you will sell New and Pre-Owned vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals, and client satisfaction objectives. Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information
• Apply ethical selling techniques; complying with all company, DMV, State and Federal requirements
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads old and new
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
