Position Overview Speech Therapist provides quality patient care based on physician orders, including assessments, treatments, care planning, and family education. Key Responsibilities Deliver prescribed Speech Therapy services and develop individualized evaluation and treatment plans. Maintain documentation of needs, goals, and progress, and coordinate with the healthcare team and families. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, licensure, and legal regulations. Serve as a resource for clinical staff and communicate effectively with all care providers. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
