Are you ready to turn your energy, people skills, and drive into a rewarding career? We’re looking for an Entry-Level Customer Sales Representative in Washington, DC. This is a hands-on, in-person role where every interaction with a customer matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent national brands while delivering exceptional in-person customer service and sales
- Engage directly with customers in retail locations, community events, and business areas
- Help customers understand products, services, and solutions that fit their needs
- Answer questions, provide guidance, and support customers through the buying process
- Collaborate with a motivated team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
- Receive on-the-job coaching to develop your sales and customer service skills

- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable in face-to-face interactions
- Motivated by targets and enjoy achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
- Solution-oriented and enjoy helping customers
- Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn new skills
- No prior sales experience? No problem — we provide full training
