Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify symptoms related to mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that plans are culturally sensitive and aligned with each client’s goals.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. Our clinic serves a diverse population, encompassing different ages, backgrounds, and cultural contexts, which allows for a rich tapestry of experience in therapeutic practice. You will have the opportunity to implement various therapeutic approaches, including systems, narrative, and structural family therapy, tailoring your methodology to best fit the specific needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the experience and expertise of the candidate.
