Overview Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate at Sam's Club. The role involves preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes, and ensuring rotisserie chicken is warm and ready. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh for members, assist with bakery orders as needed, and help provide a positive shopping experience. Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you'll do Prepare food according to item specifications and recipes, including ready-to-eat items and rotisserie chicken. Wrap, label, label and store merchandise correctly to maintain freshness and food safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prepared foods area; monitor temperature control and expiration dates; dispose of lesser-quality products. Prepare and serve ready-to-eat foods; assist members with requests and bakery orders when needed. Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, including handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Operate in a team environment, adapt to changing tasks, and provide high-quality service to members. Responsibilities and quality expectations Ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area. Keep shelves clean and well-organized; maintain product quality and correct dating. Assist customers and collaborate with team members to meet store goals. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Willing to complete required trainings and assessments as part of the hiring process.
