Job Description Assistant Site Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees, in close cooperation with Manager(s) aswell as cleaning of designated facilities according to Company assignment. Compensation $40.00 per hour pay rate. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees. Responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements arebeing met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, andcompliance standards established by the Company and by our clients. Responsible for directing and cleaning designated areas within appropriate timeframes. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skill Manage employee lunches and breaks. Maintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels, meet clientexpectations, and coordinate facility operations. In close coordination with Manager(s), effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees Set positive, professional example for workforce. Conduct safety and quality audits. Assign tasks to front line team members based on job requirements or special assignments. Inspect all completed work for conformance to ABM and customer standards. Train new workers and oversee on-going training of existing employees. *Job duties may be modified at any time. Qualifications One year of supervisory experience One year of janitorial experience Training in the cleaning industry or building management field is preferred.
