Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel — they add flavor and help hold everything together. What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
