Freight Forwarding | Air and Ocean | Full P&L THE ROLE Run the Salt Lake City district across air and ocean, import and export. Lead the operations, warehouse and customer service teams. Own the district P&L and hit productivity, service and margin targets. Manage airline, carrier, trucker, rail and agent relationships across the Intermountain West. Keep the district compliant on TSA, dangerous goods and customs, and handle project and oversized cargo. YOU'LL FIT IF You have at least 8 years in freight forwarding, including running a station, branch or district. You have a strong background in industrial, manufacturing or retail distribution freight. You have led operations, warehouse and customer service teams. You are strong on service, cost and compliance (TSA, DG, customs). ON OFFER Full benefits, an above-market 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.
