Inventory Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Working with a wide range of beauty products—including haircare, skincare, fragrance, and more—you will help ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and readily available to support business operations.

Location: Ronkonkoma, NY (In Person)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure products are properly organized

• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy

• Process inventory replenishments and transfers between locations

• Monitor inventory activity and identify discrepancies or trends

• Maintain inventory records and related documentation

• Assist in evaluating and improving inventory processes

• Communicate inventory issues promptly to management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient inventory flow

• Support loss prevention efforts through routine inventory audits

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Slack

• Experience in inventory, warehouse operations, retail, beauty, wellness, or a related industry is preferred
