GI CST Opportunity at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a GI CST. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates and operates on a Monday-Friday day shift with no weekends, nights, or call. The schedule is either 7am-5:30pm or 8am-6:30pm. This role is at a Magnet Designated Hospital, the only one in Massachusetts with this honor, providing comprehensive care in various specialties.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Surgical Technician Certification required
• Current experience in OR or Ambulatory Surgery setting is required
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
• Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and equipment
• Knowledge of septic and aseptic technique and be conscious of both at all times
• Knowledge of care and safe handling of endoscopes
• Demonstrate awareness of/sensitivity to patient/family rights and cultural/religious beliefs and age-specific needs

Pay Range: $33.25 - $45.36/Hourly
