Senior Category Manager

To support the Project Development Services and Programs & Projects business lines, the full-time Senior Category Manager will develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead strategic sourcing efforts in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation activities to deliver cost-effective solutions for clients Manage supplier relationships and performance to enhance service delivery and continuous improvement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred 10+ years of experience in construction and project development services, including 3+ years in procurement category management Deep expertise in construction sourcing, pricing models, and supplier risk management Experience in contract negotiation and management Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
