Corporate Legal Assistant for National Law Firm
National law firm with a brand new office in Manhattan seeks a smart, enthusiastic legal assistant for a Corporate/Private Equity Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Legal Assistant with 2+ years' experience supporting transactional attorneys to be in a visible position within the firm supporting a rainmaking partner as the firm grows its NYC office. Duties include greeting clients, preparing engagement letters, organizing due diligence and closing binders, correspondence, billable time entry, and other corporate/private equity work.
Hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on a hybrid schedule (4 days in/1 day out).
Salary : $80k-$110k
