Orthopedic - Total Joint Surgeon Opening in IowaLocation: Bettendorf, IA Nearby Cities: Davenport 5 m, Des Moines 170 m Type: Full-Time, Permanent Setting: Orthopedic Total Joint Practice Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to create a practice you will love in Bettendorf, Iowa, part of a thriving and expanding region with robust trauma and surgical services.# Practice Overview:Call schedule: 1:8 Advanced practice support both in hospital and clinic Level III trauma center designation Orthopedic care team includes services in non-surgical pain/joint care, sports medicine (surgical and non-surgical), general ortho, spine, hand, and podiatry # Compensation & Benefits:Two-year salary guarantee, transitioning to production in Year 3 (or earlier with exceptional performance) Earning potential exceeding $1 million $100,000 commencement bonus Relocation assistance Student loan assistance # About the Area:Bettendorf is a vibrant part of the Quad Cities region-offering cultural amenities, access to major medical infrastructure, and a family-friendly environment.
