Our Client is seeking a high-impact, digital-first Senior Manager – Strategic Innovation & Business Development to accelerate enterprise growth through innovation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Strategy Development

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and market research to uncover actionable insights
• Apply design thinking, digital discovery, and AI-enabled analysis to identify innovation opportunities
• Develop prioritization frameworks based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness

Build, Test & Launch Innovation Initiatives

• Define and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot programs
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver AI-driven and digital solutions
• Monitor performance using KPIs, dashboards, and real-time analytics
• Leverage rapid prototyping and experimentation (A/B testing) to validate solutions

Business Case Development

• Lead financial, operational, and data-driven analyses to quantify business impact
• Develop compelling investment cases and executive presentations
• Incorporate technical, financial, and compliance considerations into proposals

Project Management & Implementation

• Drive end-to-end project execution using digital-first methodologies
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Conduct impact assessments covering value, quality, risk, and AI governance factors
• Develop executive-level analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting

Operations & Enablement

• Establish standardized tools, templates, and frameworks to accelerate innovation
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines
• Promote knowledge sharing through playbooks and best practices
• Support adoption of AI, data governance, and responsible innovation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy roles
• Experience delivering innovation programs, digital solutions, or product initiatives
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in complex, matrixed environments
