Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive membership sales. Manage inventory and ensure the studio is well-stocked with merchandise. Foster a positive and motivating workplace culture that aligns with YogaSix values. Requirements: Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively. Analytical mindset with experience in sales performance metrics. Passion for yoga and a deep understanding of the YogaSix brand. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible schedule to accommodate studio events and promotions.
