Commercial Landscape Account Manager
As an experienced Landscape Account Manager are you frustrated your current employer is not providing resources that live up to your high-quality expectations for your clients?
Must have experience in HOAs and commercial facility landscape maintenance and proven track record of customer satisfaction:
5+ years client focused to HOAs and property managers for landscape maintenance services.
4 years college degree or equivalent and bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.

Salary $85 - $90K plus bonus.

In this role you will:
Develop, maintain, and service existing client relationships - enhancement sales, account profitability and contract retention.
Monitor and holding crew members accountable for procedures, safety and quality control.
Develop enhancement proposals for your clients for new services; improvements to plantings, irrigation, and hardscape.
