Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information. Coordinate recruiting activities from requisition opening through offer and pre-employment processes. Manage complex interview scheduling involving multiple candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams. Coordinate candidate communications, interview logistics, onsite visits, and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Monitor recruiting workflows and identify outstanding actions or delays. Assist recruiters with maintaining accurate pipelines and candidate activity. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, physicals, references, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable. Coordinate new-hire handoff with HR and onboarding teams. Identify data inconsistencies and take corrective action. Other duties as assigned. Experience: 1-3+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or related experience. Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and candidate lifecycle management. Experience working with an ATS and recruiting-related technology. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
