Pipefitter Foreman

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay: $85K - $114K
Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical projects from the field. If you're a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate schedules, and deliver quality work safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise commercial pipefitting crews
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
• Perform quality inspections throughout the project
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
• Manage material orders and deliveries
• Complete project punch lists and closeout activities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction experience
• Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating crews and jobsite activities
• Knowledge of commercial piping systems
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Pipefitter or Plumbing License
• OSHA 30 Certification
• CPR Certification
• Trade School education

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry construction materials and tools
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday
