Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide hands-on patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal communication and swallowing outcomes for our patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine patients speech, language, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide direct patient care through therapeutic interventions, including speech exercises and communication strategies. Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, communication techniques, and strategies for daily living. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist. Masters or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Benefits Competitive salary and performance incentives.
