Senior Vice President of Sales

To lead the strategic vision and execution of the company's global go-to-market engine, the full-time remote Senior Vice President of Sales will develop and implement a global sales strategy, manage a sales team across various market segments, and drive customer engagement through strong relationships with CISOs. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a global sales strategy to dominate the Continuous Offensive Security Testing Market Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality, pricing strategy, and customer feedback Required qualifications 10-15+ years of enterprise software and/or tech-enabled services sales experience with a proven track record in scaling revenue Previous CRO or VP/SVP-level sales leadership experience with a focus on cybersecurity buyers Established relationships with CISOs and deep expertise in cybersecurity fundamentals and market dynamics Experience in managing complex international sales motions, particularly in Europe Strong forecasting skills and a customer-obsessed mindset, with a focus on long-term success
