About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead and transform its go-to-market organization. This hands-on leadership role is pivotal for building a modern, process-driven sales team that can deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership and development, sales process and operational rigor, and driving revenue growth. This includes leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives and Sales Operations professionals, defining and implementing a repeatable sales process, and driving HubSpot adoption. The SVP will also be tasked with establishing forecast discipline, owning pipeline generation targets, and partnering with leadership on go-to-market strategy. Candidates for the SVP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise technology or ERP sales, with at least 3-5 years in a sales leadership role. A proven track record of building or rebuilding a sales organization and direct experience in selling ERP or enterprise applications is essential. The ideal candidate will be a process builder, coach, and developer, with a strong operator and hunter mindset, and the ability to be a change agent. Success in this role will be measured by the adoption of a fully documented sales process, the use of HubSpot for forecasting and pipeline management, and the achievement of 15-20% growth in software revenue within the first year.
