Responsibilities Answer inbound patient calls to support scheduling, general medical questions and help coordinate patient needs. Manage medical provider schedules, reschedule and cancel appointments as requested. Triage patient calls to assess severity, complexity and appropriate action of call. Timely website appointment request / custom form maintenance. Interact as resource to staff on website questions and issues. Talk to patients having problems with the website and solve website/EMR issues. Shifts and Location Shifts vary from 7 am‑5:00 pm Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturdays 8 am‑1 pm. Location: 5625 Eiger Rd. Suite 200, Austin, TX 78735 (This is not a remote position.)
