We're a fast-growing, high-performing real estate team seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to become one of the key leaders in our organization. This isn't an administrative assistant role—it's an opportunity to build and manage the operational backbone of a business that's committed to growth, innovation, and delivering an outstanding experience for both our agents and clients.

You'll work directly with ownership to design systems, streamline operations, improve onboarding, support recruiting, optimize technology, and help create an environment where our agents can focus on serving clients while you ensure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

As our Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for designing, improving, and managing the systems that keep our business running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operations & Systems

• Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Improve and automate company workflows

• Identify inefficiencies and create better systems

• Become the internal expert on Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Trainual, Canva, Slack, AI tools, and Google Workspace

• Continuously improve operational efficiency

Agent Onboarding & Training

• Build and maintain our onboarding program in Trainual

• Coordinate training with Associate Managers

• Create onboarding milestones and accountability systems

• Improve the new-agent experience from day one

Marketing Support

• Work alongside our Marketing Director

• Create and maintain Canva templates

• Organize marketing requests

• Schedule and manage social media content

• Utilize AI to increase marketing efficiency

Recruiting Operations

• Build and maintain our recruiting pipeline

• Organize recruiting campaigns and follow-up systems

• Track recruiting metrics and onboarding progress

Client Experience

• Design and manage the client care program

• Coordinate closing gifts, moving boxes, birthdays, anniversaries, and client appreciation events

• Improve our long-term database and follow-up systems

Reporting & Accountability

• Build leadership dashboards

• Track key performance indicators

• Monitor lead management and operational compliance

• Provide weekly reports to leadership

Team & Event Coordination

• Coordinate team meetings and events

• Organize open house materials

• Manage office systems and operational logistics
