This role offers the chance to join a dedicated team of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners.Why Join Us?• Team-Based Care: Our care team approach optimizes patient care. In addition to Physicians and Advanced Practitioners, our Verona campus care teams include Nurses, Medical Assistants, a Certified Diabetic Educator, and an embedded Clinical Pharmacist. This collaborative approach has contributed to our department's superior quality ratings, making us a high performer in clinical quality throughout Wisconsin.• State-of-the-Art Facility: Our new facility will offer both primary and specialty care, including Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Dermatology, OB/GYN, and eye services. We also provide onsite medical imaging and laboratory services.
