Outlook Apartments in Springville is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team. Pay & Schedule $16 per hour, depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses Full-time position What You’ll Do As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Daily Responsibilities Include Responding to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms Following up on leads and converting prospects into residents Scheduling and conducting apartment tours Explaining lease terms, pricing, and community amenities Assisting residents with service requests and general questions Preparing and maintaining resident files and documentation Supporting occupancy goals and community marketing efforts Full-Time Benefits We believe in taking care of our team.
