Product Manager Fibres

Your responsibilities Gather and analyze product, customer, and market data to support strategic decision‑making and portfolio development. Coordinate product lifecycle activities, including product introductions, discontinuations, and specification management, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Support the pricing process through data analysis and recommendations to contribute to profitable pricing decisions and margin optimization. Maintain accurate product documentation and master data to ensure reliable information flow across commercial and operational functions. Monitor and report on product performance, including volumes, margins, and costs, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary contact for sales teams on product‑related matters, providing guidance and supporting effective customer communication. Track project milestones and facilitate cross‑functional coordination to support the successful execution of product initiatives. Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to generate insights that support market‑driven portfolio adjustments. Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure product readiness, availability, and compliance. Support internal and customer presentations by preparing product‑related content and analyses that communicate value and drive engagement. Your Profile Thinking Level and Experience Required Master’s degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, Bioscience Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar product management, portfolio management, or commercial support role. Technical Skills and Competencies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business, product, and market data to support decision‑making. Experience with pricing strategies and commercial decision‑making processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within agreed deadlines. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy. Language Requirements Fluent in English. Additional language skills such as French, Dutch, and/or German are considered an asset.
