MARTA in Atlanta seeks a seasoned attorney to provide general legal representation in mediation, arbitration, and litigation, defending claims from motor vehicle to civil rights matters. The role includes negotiating settlements pre-litigation and pursuing cost recovery on behalf of the Authority.
