Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team at Fuentes Corp. This position is pivotal in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations and effective processes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving efficiency and enhancing productivity within our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and tools.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
- Support the sales team in managing customer relationships and inquiries.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales operations or related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology sector.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
