Retail Operations Associate - Full -Time

The Staff Pad has partnered with a well -known
family -owned meat market in Justin, TX and we are seeking a reliable,
customer -focused Retail Sales & Inventory Associate to support daily department operations
and provide excellent customer service. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

In this role you will maintain product displays,
assist with inventory, and help create a positive shopping experience in a
fast -paced team environment. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Schedule: Full -Time | 40 -45 hrs./week | Weekends
& Evenings as needed <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

What You’ll Do <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Manage inventory levels and maintain
  high standards of merchandising and display <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Greet customers, answer product
  questions and phone inquiries, and assist customers <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
  using FEFO guidelines <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized
  store environment <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and
  managing inventory deliveries <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Operate cash registers, process
  transactions, and support checkout operations <\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Adhere to all health, safety, and
  sanitation regulations <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For <\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • High school diploma or equivalent
    preferred <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Previous retail or customer service
    experience preferred <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to stand for extended
    periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Availability to work flexible
    hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication, basic math,
    and teamwork skills <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
