The agency has an outstanding reputation, invests heavily in its employees, and offers long-term career growth. Duties & Responsibilities Manage a $3M–$5M commercial book of business. Diverse accounts including Oil & Gas, Trucking, and middle-market commercial risks. Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up. Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention and maintain strong client relationships. Review client audits, verify and facilitate corrections as needed and maintain Accounts Receivable and Billing. Skills & Experience 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Knowledge of commercial P&C coverages and renewals.
