Commercial Lines Account Manager

Commercial Lines Select Account Manager (Small Business) We're growing- and looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Commercial Lines Select Account Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a high-volume book of small business accounts. What You’ll Do Manage and service a book of small commercial accounts (typically under $50K in premium) Handle daily service requests including endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Oversee renewals, including marketing and remarketing to maintain strong retention (95-98%) Provide consultative guidance to clients on coverage needs Partner with underwriters to negotiate pricing and coverage Support producers with new business and account retention Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to better protect clients What We’re Looking For Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License 1-3 years of commercial lines experience (small business/select accounts preferred) Strong knowledge of coverages including GL, Property, Workers' Comp, and Commercial Auto Ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Join Us?
