As a Legal Support Specialist, you will: Identify and track sensitive information Present findings to both internal and external stakeholders Maintain and use multi-use systems Provide assistance to consumers Analyst II: $6,031 - $7,547 Analyst I: $3,861 - $6,276 Application Deadline: 09/13/2026 @ 11:59 pm PST Required Documents: Application, Resume and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) Qualifications We’re Looking For: Demonstrated ability to lead meetings while simultaneously capturing notes and/or questions. Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems and recommend an effective course of action, perform completed staff work, and establish priorities for the completion in accordance with sound time-management methodology. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines with excellent follow-through on tasks and assignments. Demonstrated ability to track correspondence and updates. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. A successful track record implementing projects, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to changes in timelines, schedules, and other events. Effective communication and organizational skills. Ability to pay attention to detail and track many pieces of an individual project at once. Experience with reading and understanding technical and legal documents. Experience with budgeting and contract management. Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Pro.
