What You'll Bring To The Team Selling and scheduling needed service work with precision and clarity. Greeting customers promptly and warmly, gathering essential vehicle information. Accurately documenting vehicle problems on repair orders and test-driving as needed. Advising customers on maintenance, providing accurate cost estimates, and securing authorization. Managing the repair process from start to finish, including dispatch, progress checks, and follow-up. Explaining completed work and charges clearly to customers. Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards and addressing inquiries effectively. Overseeing vehicle quality control, including preparing vehicles for delivery and inspecting for body work. We're Looking For Someone Who Is An experienced Service Advisor (prior dealership experience is a big plus!). A self-starter with excellent computer proficiency. Skilled in sales and customer service. Proficient with social media (a plus!). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required, but a significant advantage! Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a professional appearance. Has a valid driver's license and can pass a motor vehicle record test, background check, and drug screen.
